When the going gets tough... the tough turn to PINTEREST!
I'm was/am getting over that first slump in my determination to be healthy and to lose the excess weight. Last week, I don't think I even attempted to try, this week is better. I really need to get back to logging down what I eat on the LoseIt app.
Anyway - so this is for the ladies that are or may be in that slumber with me: a pinterest refresher of healthy recipes and ideas to boost you back to the healthy track! Enjoy :-)
